Congratulations to Yoh/REV the SVO WEST May Cup Champion! Yoh/REV was the only player in the Top 8 to bring Runecraft to the battlefield showcasing a lineup of Spellboost Rune, Sekka Forest, and Amulet Haven. Additionally, he was the only player able to sweep out the competition with a clean 7-0 in Swiss Rounds followed by a swift 2-0 win in the Grand Finals against Pain.
With multiple nail-biting back and forth matches, the Top 8 bracket was a thrilling battle of wits, luck and strategy. Pain defeated Dis.Vetu in back-to-back matches and went on to beat TK Shincha in the third round, landing him 2nd Place in SVO May Cup!
The updated League Point leaderboard for SVO WEST is as follows.
March Cup winner Sai/REV and February Cup winner YOLO | Rinf continue to dominate the top 2 spots in the leaderboard. Docdodo proved that despite not winning 1st in the tournament, consistently showing up to SVO still makes a huge difference as he takes the leap to spot #3 followed closely by Den/REV and Sidi, tied at 22 league points.
The full leaderboard can be seen here.

Congratulations TK Styx on becoming Champion of SEAO May Cup! As another winner with Runecraft in their lineup, players may start thinking about whether or not it deserves a spot in their decklists.
Battling and climbing his way through a suspenseful quarter and semi-final match, Styx cemented his footing in the Grand Finals and went on to defeat TO|AkoAyPayaso.
The competition is tight as the current Top 5 players of SVO SEAO are all tied at 22 points, with only a one to two point difference separating them from the next 9 players on the leaderboard. With the June Cup approaching, the player moving on to the Contender’s Cup is still a huge mystery! Who will it be?

The data below for SEAO class pick rates revealed that usage of Bloodcraft increased dramatically from April to May. Forestcraft, Swordcraft, and Runecraft picks slightly fell between the months while Runecraft and Shadowcraft minimally increased.
