March 6, 2024

Think you’ve got what it takes to play with the best? Ready to take on the world? The SVO Masters Cup kicks off this June for a full month of fierce competition with a 2025 Shadowverse World Championship slot and a Wild Card BYE up for grabs. Read on for more details!

SVO Masters Cup Qualifiers

6/1 (Sat): Qualifier #1 (10 AM SGT start)
6/8 (Sat): Qualifier #2 (10 AM PT start)

To proceed to the playoffs, players must finish in the top 16 of either of these qualifier events. Provided that you did not finish in the prior top 16, there is no limit on the number of events players can enter. Furthermore, players can enter any event regardless of their region,* although they will be held in different timezones.

This tournament will consist of seven BO3 rounds of Swiss in the Rotation format (subject to change).

*Please note that only players residing in the SEAO and West regions are eligible to participate.

SVO Masters Cup Playoffs and Finals

6/22 (Sat): Playoffs (Timezone TBD)
6/29 (Sat): Finals (Timezone TBD)

32 players battle it out across two weekends to determine SVO’s first representative at the 2025 Shadowverse World Championship! The first weekend will be an epic Swiss tournament consisting of five BO5 rounds to determine the final top eight, while the second weekend sees the remaining players battle it out in a BO5 single elimination bracket.

Please note that the SVO Masters Cup playoffs and finals will operate on a three deck, no ban format for parity with Japanese tournaments.
